Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account restrictions or closure.
To create an account on jtk88, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Indonesian mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or become aware of any security breach, you must immediately notify jtk88 customer support and change your password. jtk88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account, except where such unauthorized use results from a security failure on our part.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change, including your email address, phone number, or residential address. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delayed withdrawals, inability to receive important communications, or account restrictions.
Your Account is for personal use only. Commercial use, professional gambling, arbitrage betting, syndicate play, or any form of advantage play designed to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited. jtk88 reserves the right to close accounts suspected of such activity and void all associated transactions.
jtk88 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. We also support e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits made via bank transfer during banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB) are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process. E-wallet deposits are generally processed instantly regardless of time or day.

jtk88 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah.
In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager your deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to administrative fees. jtk88 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposits or suspicious transaction patterns.
Bonuses and promotions offered by jtk88 are available to eligible Players who meet the specific terms and conditions of each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, and payment method. Abuse of bonus offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.

Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack and roulette may contribute 10-20%. While wagering bonus funds, you may be subject to maximum bet restrictions. Exceeding the maximum bet amount while bonus wagering is active may void the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit is typically Rp 25,000 per spin or bet, but this may vary by promotion.
Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period, typically thirty (30) days from the date of activation. All Players must engage in fair play and honest gaming. Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems or bots, collude with other Players, or engage in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

In no event shall jtk88's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of deposits made to your Account in the three (3) months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jtk88, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
jtk88 reserves the right to suspend your Account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect any violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other activity that we deem harmful to the platform or other Players. During suspension, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets, or request withdrawals pending investigation.
jtk88 may terminate your Account if we determine that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, any remaining account balance will be forfeited if the termination resulted from fraudulent or abusive behavior. If termination is not related to misconduct, your remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or obligations.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within fourteen (14) days. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the issue to our management team for review.
If informal resolution attempts fail, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Indonesian language in Jakarta, Indonesia. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jtk88.
